For those who had trouble with latest batch of Estradot patches in Canada - have you found a solution?

I know many of us noticed a difference in the effectiveness of the newest batch (lot) of Estradot patches (at least in Canada). I ended up switching to gel when all of my menopause symptoms returned overnight but I miss my patches! how are you doing now? Has anyone found a solution? A new lot? Or increasing dose or using Tegaderm over the patch? I would love to go back to the patches if I can get them to work again!

**If you're not aware, many people here and on other forums and social media experienced issues with the new lot of Estradot patches in the new packaging, like symptoms returning overnight and patches not sticking.
