Back on flare

I had a very severe flare up for about a month and got diagnosed and started treatment. For the last 6 weeks I was in remission and feeling well, using all my meds except the enemas. I am also on Infliximab treatment and got my loading phase done. Last week I have started to bleed again and have uncomfortable stools. I dont know what caused it, not using my enemas, stress? Would like some advice.
