My account got blocked and hacked

Hey everyone,

My Discord account got disabled for 'suspicious activity' but I didn't do anything wrong. (i got hacked maybe idk) Discord's own support confirmed it was an automatic security measure from their system, not a rule violation on my part.

Now they're only offering me account deletion as a solution, which means losing everything — my avatar decorations, my entire friends list and years of bot progression. That's completely unfair since the problem comes entirely from their side.

I've been going back and forth with support for a while now and they keep sending copy-pasted responses saying they can't remove 2FA or escalate the ticket. I asked for escalation multiple times and they refuse.

Has anyone been in this situation and managed to get their account restored? Is there any way to reach someone at Discord who actually has the power to fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.
