My mom and grandma

Heyas, I honestly do not know where to post thos, hopefully here.

My grandma is in her 90s, has light dimentia, and cannot move very well without help. My mom was paying a lady to help get my grandma around the house, eat etc for a year. The cost is not feasible anymore for my mom, so she has had to try and do it herself.
Her job is getting angry because she has to keep running home, and all of the rest of the family helps when we can. It's stressing her out, and she doesn't know what to do.

I asked her if medicare covers an assistant like that (at least to be there if my grandma needs help), check her blood pressure like she needs, and make sure she doesn't fall. She was told they can't provide that.

Does anyone know of something similar that insurance may cover? I am very ignorant on the subject.
