I'm building AuraHome — scan your room, drag furniture at true scale, buy the whole look in one payment!

The problem I kept running into:
Interior design software is either toys (drag-and-drop clipart) or professional tools that take weeks to learn. Neither helps a real person who just wants to know if that IKEA KIVIK will fit before they order it.

What we built:

  • Phone scan → 3D mesh of your room in ~20 seconds
  • One tap strips all your existing furniture out
  • Pick a style (Japandi, Coastal, MCM, Brutalist) and get an AI-curated proposal
  • Drag real, true-to-scale pieces from actual brands into your actual room (not on the photo, but a 3D model of your room!)
  • Single unified cart — one payment, all vendors, delivery + assembly coordinated
  • Can turn into a large scale SaaS

Where we are:
Pre-launch. Waitlist at imagination-to-reality.vercel.app

What I'd love feedback on:
Is the "one cart for all vendors" the actual compelling feature, or is just the visualisation enough? We're debating how hard to lean into fulfilment vs. just nailing the AR layer first.

Roast away.
