YOY the sales are up 6.3%, new listings down 18.9%, average price down 4.6%.
Overall the market is a mixed bag, good houses in desirable areas are selling very well, elsewhere the market is very weak.
This is very similar to April 2026 results (sales up 7%, new listings down 9%, average price down 5%.)
