should i get fresh start on destiny 2 with legecy edition ?

i was thinking of returning to destiny 2 but i dont know if i should start fresh cause on july 9 not only its destiny final update but there will be destiny legacy edition (latest one i think) that will be avaible for ps plus subscrition yes i know its only for extra and above but i have deluxe but i do have anniversery pack that is on epic so .TLDR: should i start fresh with the legacy edition on playstation or stick with my epic games one ?
