Jio vs Airtel network coverage and internet speed in Shillong (Umsawli)?

I'll be joining IIM Shillong soon, so naturally I'm worried about the network coverage of my current service provider (Jio). It doesn't work well at my home, but Airtel works fine.

This question is mostly regarding Umsawli region, but is Jio a reliable provider here? Or should I think of switching to Airtel?
