[Acne] Any way to clear these type of little appearing on my forehead?

Alright so im 16 and get these bumps on my forehead and temples.
The other parts of my face do also get a few little bumps but they are the most recognizable on my forehead and sometimes nose.

I currently use the Simple Refreshing face wash, Cerave Moisturizing Cream and a LRP UVMUNE SPF 50 sunscreen.

As for PM I just skip the sunscreen.
Please let me know on what I could do to limit this or its just hormonal acne
