Dead skin on shaft after chastity removal?

Hello everyone, strange question, don't know if anyone experienced that.

I wear it from several years with various on and most frequently off. I have a nub cage which I remove for full cleaning under shower every other day and got no problem at all ever.

The real problem is when I removed it completely after few days/weeks of use the shaft of the penis become totally "scaly" with a tons of dead skin and some zone a lil irritated but no pain at all, how could it be?

Ofc I'm planning a visit to my doctor bust just want to share and ask if someone had the same thing.
