I hate customers

I work at baskin robbins, and these customers CANNOT USE THEIR DAMN EYES. For context, in the ice cream cabinets, there is a shutter window on my side and a window on the other side for the customer.

And for some reason, the shutter window on my side is foggy as hell so i cant see on the other side, i have to lift the window to see the ice cream tubs and stuff. So naturally when people point at the ice cream flavors I CANT SEE A THING instead of just saying the ice cream flavors name displayed on the big bright colourful cutout on their side.

And what really makes this annoying is we have pistachio almond and mint chocolate chip side by side (both are green) and when people point using their cheeky ass index fingers, i cant tell what theyre pointing at and when i say "im sorry which one" they say "the green one" WHEN THEY ARE BOTH GREEN

And if i make a mistake of choosing the other flavor instead of the other, in some instances they say "i pointed at that one, is your eyes broken?" And i have to take it like a good minimum wage slave boy and say "im sorry"
