How to tell a colleague that they have very strong Body Odor (BO)

This person, new teammate, sits next to me. He has very strong BO. The BO is so strong that it is difficult to enter the a meeting room even after the person has left. It has really affected my life at work.

I am sure others notice it. But how does one tell the person about it?
