Customer Service Response Time?

Hey,

How long are we expected to wait for a reply from their Customer Service? I sent a message with their "urgent" system about shipping a parcel. Sent on Monday 1 June at like 10AM JST, and now it's Wednesday 3 9PM JST and still no answer.
