Recipient Change Delivery Address

Not sure if this is the proper forum to ask this question. My parcel got delivered to my prev address (Cebu) bec i forgot to change it when I placed my order. I asked the driver if it’s possible to have it shipped to me (Mindanao) and he said he will just change the delivery address. But the thing is, he doesnt know what happens next except for the fact that it will be returned to hub.

Anyone who knows what will happen in cases like this? Right now, status of delivery is ‘Unsuccessful: Recipient Change of Delivery Address’.

The item is a bit pricey bec it’s a perfume 😕 i dont wanna refund/return ‘yet’ bec I paid through CC and bought it with a promo.
