Trying to figure out a TV vampire movie from late 70s/early 80s

Hoping someone remembers this film, I was little and it scared me to death. I think it was a tv movie, but it could have been a mini series. All I remember is a scene in the daytime where the protagonist is in the woods near a lake. There were several female vampires walking out of the water. One had long red hair and I could see her fangs. She had on a white dress that was wet and clung to her body.

I wish I could see the film as an adult to see if it's still scary. Any guesses? Is there another sub I should cross post to? Thanks!
