My Legion 5 15IRX10 keeps on frame dropping at random times
What I already did:
-Reformat my laptop
-update all drivers
-set my battery setting to maximum and even used parkcontrol for enabling or my cores
-contacted Lenovo customer support and even the Lenovo repair center near me and the repair center told me they don't know how to help me and I should try asking forums and community groups
-since customer support keeps on giving me bots.
-Already tried playing without charging but still the same.
Observation:
I saw that plugging out and plugging in my charger fix it for a min. and after that it will happened again.
It doesn't happened from time to time but it usually occur every day when playing any AAA games. I even tried to lower my setting to the lowest it still happens. Sometimes even plugging out and in doesn't do anything.
My laptop is 9 months old but I already experience it a month after I bought it and i did go to their repair center after 3 month which is Dec 2025
I'm really hoping to fix it as I've known that plugging and unplugging charger may cause a problem to my laptop in the long run
Here the sample of the frame drops (On nightreign i get like 5 fps drop and then kick me mid game because of framedrop) :
