Need an advice

Hey guys, I hope you are well. I need an advice. Scored 235 on NBME 12. My score trajectory is 221 -> 225 ->235 on 10,11,12.
I m done with uworld 1st pass and Incorrects , all CMS forms and 20% amboss + one read of inner circle. Between last NBME and this one I did all uworld questions of systems that were the weakest. That helped but not that much. lol.
My question is:

1. What do I do from here?
2. I have to give OET and do 3 rotations. Should I keep this match cycle in mind or give up? Score target is 260-270s.
   I m a non US IMG 2024 grad (YOG3 this year)
