[Day 1/90] $0 to $10K. GTM engineering. Building completely in public.

I've been doing GTM engineering work for the past year at a UK SaaS growth agency.

Clay workflows, lead enrichment, list building across niche verticals, cold email infrastructure end to end. Legitimate reps. Real client problems solved.

But every win I've had so far has someone else's name on it.

That changes today.

For the next 90 days I'm building my own client base from scratch and documenting every step here. The goal is simple: $10K in collected freelance revenue from my own clients in 90 days.

Ground rules:

1. Only revenue from my own clients counts. Internship work doesn't.
2. Post updates 2 to 3 times a week. Wins, losses, and the days nothing works.
3. Running scoreboard from $0 to $10K, updated publicly every post.

Why am I doing this?

Because at some point you have to stop building under someone else's roof and find out what you can actually do on your own. 90 days felt like the right forcing function.

No guarantees I hit the number. But I'll show every move I make trying.
