Is Directive 8020 worth it?

I noticed that it came out recently and while I have been excited about it, I’m also kinda nervous at its price point. Maybe because I got the whole season way cheaper. That and the curator isn’t in the game which I understand why and the reason is sad. My biggest question is if it’s structured in the same way as Supermassives other games like the quarry, until dawn, and the first season of dark pictures anthology.
