Can't drag and drop video/audio files onto the timeline. Please help!

Hi everyone,

I'm having a frustrating issue where I can't drag and drop my video files from the media bin/project panel down onto the timeline. When I try to drag it, it just shows a "crossed-out"/prohibited icon 🚫 and won't let me drop the clip.
Please help
