need advice for a filipino planning to study in hk or singapore for college

or like everything I need to know. I planned on just staying in manila for college but my dad suddenly encouraged me to try for those 2 countries. how is the tuition and cost of living? what's daily life like? what schools should I look into if I want a career in finance/business. questions like that. any insights would be helpful!
