Frame drops and lags recently
Hello, i've been playing rocket league for a while now, but i started seeing a problem where for a unknown reason i'm dropping frames and stuttering. It got really annoying recently, I started wondering what is causing the problem of the lags. My pc specs are a RTX 4070, i7-13700
32GB of DDR4 at 3600 and in the screenshot i posted my rl settings. I am assured there should be no problem with my pc running these settings in rocket at stable 240 frames. Thanks for all the help in advance.
PS:
Sometimes even on lower settings I still experience lags
