Why are boys so ducking stupid

My coworker smashed a ladybug I tried to move, because we could step on it by accident. And 1 coworker just smashed it.

I drive a car, I kill enough bugs. But just to kill something beautiful to bully me... It feels like kindergarden shit. We are in our ducking 30ties.

More a "off my chest" thing then a question. But serious, why are men like that (yes I know, not all men!), it is just plain mean if you ask me
