Theory: SCP-682 wants to be a beluga whale again

As we all know, the hard to destroy “reptile” really despises life. Like, to an absurd degree. It is also common knowledge that its famous photograph is a decomposes beluga whale carcass.

Therefore I propose this; SCP-682 is angry because he is no longer a happy, bubbly beluga whale. I would be too if I was him.

Evidence:
We don’t know where 682 comes from, whales come from the ocean.
He is really big, just like whales.
SCP-343 (regardless if he is actually God or not) could not see 682, this could mean that it was not the serpent in the garden but actually a whale in the sea.
SCP-3000 has never fought 682. This is because they recognise each other as sea creatures and actually quite enjoy each other’s company.
SCP-173 is yet to kill SCP-682. This is because you cannot kill an already dead animal, much less a whale. Perhaps 173 is an environmentalist.
SCP-6820 was made to kill a REPTILE, not a WHALE. That is why it failed.

I think at a certain point, the foundation realised they just had a whale carcass & were too stubborn/embarrassed to admit otherwise. That is why SCP-682 has such crazy stories; they were made up to muddy the truth.
