Spironolactone

Has anyone triple positive (or I guess hormone positive in general) been on Spironolactone? Since being on AIs, my face has been so insanely oily, and it was one of the options my derm suggested - that or Accutane.

My onc is ok with it. He said there were concerns in animal studies, but it showed no statistical harm in human studies.

I like that it could potentially help with unwanted facial hair, but I’m concerned about suppressing yet another hormone. Wondering if anyone’s been on it and had good or bad experiences.
