Looking for a dog-friendly 1 bed/1 bath apartment in NoMa (private landlord preferred)

I’m currently looking for a dog-friendly 1 bed/1 bath apartment in the NoMa area and wanted to see if anyone knows of any private landlords or smaller buildings with availability coming up for a September move.

I’d prefer to stay in or around NoMa/Union Market area if possible. I have a well-behaved dog and am hoping to find something that’s a bit more personal than the large apartment complexes.

If anyone has recommendations, knows of upcoming vacancies, or has had good experiences with a private landlord, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
