AMEX/JP Travel Account Question: May chance pa ba with my employment background?

Please respect po, need honest advice lang.

Last WFH day ko sa previous company was March 2022. Since nasa province ako, hindi ako nakapag-clearance at hindi naibalik agad ang company asset, so unresolved pa siya until now.

After that, nagkaroon naman ako ng work for 2 years and 8 months, then resigned with short notice due to client escalation. Currently employed po ako and invited for an AMEX interview.

Sa may AMEX/JP travel account experience, realistic pa po bang i-pursue with this background? Ano po usually need i-disclose during hiring/background checks? Thank you po.
