32M/EST/PC - Looking for a best friend

Hello, everyone!

I have been quite lonely these last couple of ... years. I am looking to connect with individuals who are looking for meaningful and interactive friendships. I don't mean those types of folks who message you "Hi, how are you?" and then ghost you until the next century. I'm basically looking for a best friend, or group of friends.

A little about me:

I'm a 32 year old CPA working in state government risk management and auditing. I'm originally from Arkansas, but moved to Central Massachusetts in December 2022. I have a loving boyfriend who also plays video games, although not always the same as me - so it does get lonely. He is a 26 year old engineer.

I don't enjoy watching television or movies, but LOVE to watch Twitch streams. I call that my "T.V. time" and have the Turbo subscription so I don't get ads lol. While I don't play it, I love watching ARC Raiders. I enjoy listening to all sorts of music, but my favorite is rock and metal. I have quite a lineup of concerts that I'm attending this year and am super stoked!

Video gaming is a sore subject for me. I like to consider myself a "gamer," but end up playing the same handful of games over and over again. I am a super veteran on RuneScape and have been playing since I was in the 5th grade (around 2004?) Here is a very exhaustive list of the games that I have played and enjoyed so much that I have sunk thousands of hours into each of them:

• RuneScape 3 (max exp and completionist cape), some OSRS
• League of Legends (mostly ARAM/Mayhem, haven't played competitively in a long, long time)
• Overwatch (Peaked Top 500 as a support player in OW1)
• Marvel Rivals (Celestial 2 peak)
• Final Fantasy XIV (very far behind and don't have an active subscription)

Other games that I have tried and enjoy enough:

• Planet Crafter
• Palworld
• PEAK
• RuneScape: Dragonwilds
• Tribes of Midgard
• Valheim

Like I said before, I'm looking for someone that is chatty and likes to shoot the shit. I have exhausted myself chasing friendships that were never meant to happen, so I am really only longing for those who have a similar thought process as me on friendships - that it's a two-way street.
