Query on Warp Talons - Warp Strike

If I had two units of Warp Talons engaged with the same enemy unit, one unit fights and kills a couple of models and then other unit kills off the rest of the enemy; do both warp talon units get to use warp strike to go back into Strategic Reserves or is it just the second unit that “destroyed” the enemy unit?
