Defective Item from Shop

I bought a hoodie / CD bundle and the sweatshirt on the sleeves is sticky and hard as if the design on the sleeve the adhesive has like melted and seeped into the inside. I dont know what the deal with it is but it’s defective. I reached out to the online shop who says their volume for emails is large so it may take awhile for a response. This was $80. Any experience getting your money back for a defective item?
