Making my first Aristocrats deck (Yawgmoth)

My closest LGS usually makes games with two restrictions: 150 euros (about $200) and Bracket 2.

My friends are helping me to brew my first Yawgmoth Aristocrat deck with the previous conditions described and I would like to know your opinion about the current list we are brewing:

I want to make this list as sharp as possible because the closest LGS organizes tournaments under these two rules. We know some people could be hurt to read about this idea of a tournament, but we don’t care about your annoyance. Just pass this topic…
