2018 Baleno Manual Car Driver here

I have been driving for around 15 years now Aged 34 M I don’t feel the clutch pain that people normally mention a lot while driving in Delhi ,
I mostly drive in NCR and mostly Hills would have done approx 1 lakh kms on (all my previous cars ) included However I have driven an automatic scorpio N as well for around 2K kms and I feel a bit sleepy while driving it , comfortable yes may be ,
Am I doing something wrong like should I get my feet checked or something?
So I use very less clutch while driving in traffic as well I keep it in neutral For reference
Wanted to know are there other folks as well who do agree or not?
My cousin recently bought an automatic hyryder Which he says makes him sleepy while driving on highways
