Pedophiles on Spotify Messaging

Why the heck are there so many pedophiles on Spotify Messaging!? My two female friends keep getting.messages from 17, 19, and 20 years old asking for inappropriate pictures and to have sex. My friends are both 15. This needs to stop. The one girl tried to block this guy and he kept coming back. This is not ok. How do I stop this.
