This makes me angry. Really angry, and I don't know what to do with it. I apologize, but I need to vent. Why do all that? Why get the fans hyped? Why speak to GateWorld and do a wonderful podcast on the show, the actors, the sets, the technology? Why, just why go through all that? I'm an OG—I watched Stargate when it first came out, yes, I'm that old. I watched the series all the way through to whatever the hell MGM was doing with the whole Nazi thing. I've got toys, mods, and posters. I've got Destiny docked on top of my computer, desperately waiting to free Eli and get to the edge of the galaxy.

Joe, I'm an old fan of the show—I mean old as in age. And I'm so terribly sorry this has happened to you, to the writers, the directors, the crew, and the fans.

And if you want to look at a Niche show done well, with the numbers to prove it. For your consideration, I present Malcolm in the Middle, 26 years later they still pull in the numbers.
