Atomic dermatitis relapsing due to hormonal imbalance

My atomic dermatitis relapsed way worse than before and I am assuming it’s due to hormonal imbalance. I only get this when I am stressed but I don’t really think I am (stressed). It is spreading slowly which is annoying. It’s in my forearm area.
