Not militant orders

Hello all, and sorry to bother you, I follow this subreddit but I'm really ignorant about some lore of this faction, so please excuse me for my question

For narrative purpose (maybe for future modeling projects) I'm working on a homebrew order, and I'm trying to understand the relationship between militant orders, like Our Martyred Lady, Ebon Chalice, Bloody Rose and the like, and not militant orders like Dialogus, Hospitallers, Dogmat and Pronatus; I don't understand if every militant order have some sisters who serve like Dialogus (just to say as example) as specialist, or if they take those sisters from some specialized order

My doubt is cause I usually see every sister, even in artwork, with the same livery, both battle sister and specialists ones, but when I search I find that exists named orders of Dialogus, Hospitallers and so on

Can you please help me understand? There are two different tipe of orders, militants and not militants, and the not militants serve under militants ones? Or every militant order have some attached not militant orders that give it specialist sisters?
