Best way to take a single college course for licensure?

Hi teachers, I’m an early childhood educator and I need to take a 3 credit growth and dev class to be fully licensed in my state.

There’s so many online programs and options for masters and whatnot it’s very overwhelming trying to find out how to just take one non-matriculating class the fastest and cheapest way possible.

I have a BA in another field and took educational psychology as well as a non credit growth and dev course so I’m less concerned about it being an amazing learning experience than fulfilling my states requirements on a budget. Any advice is welcome, TIA!
