UPGRADE OR NEW

Im planning on upgrading my victus 15-fb1xxx laptop with new ram and storage, specifically to two 16 gb ram or atleast add an 8gb to my set up rn and for the storage idk yet. I plan on using my laptop for photoshop projects, heavy editing and gaming overall. Would it be best to upgrade the parts or buy a new laptop? my processor is amd ryzen 5 7535HSs with radeon graphics(3.30GHz) with nvidia geforce rtx 2050
