Hey everyone so happy to be here!

I didnt take an aesthetic photo as i was ver hungry but it was good:)

I made some tofu fried rice today and suprisingly they turned out soooooo good

Recipe: 

Marinate tofu (i just used spices avail to me - red chilli powder,salt)

Cooked rice 

Soak some peanut in water

Chopped veggies: onion garlic green chilli cabbage 

Prepared a nutty tomato sauce: boil 4 tomatoes add 5 redchilli to the boil let them boil until tomatoes skin starts peeling off 

Get them off heat 

Put them in a blender with 3 cloves of garlic(if u like garlic too much, if not 1 or 2 is fine as well)

Add soaked peanuts into the mix 

Blend for 40 60 seconds twice 

Its better to have a textured sauce!

Then saute veggies in this order: 

Add oil

Garlic 

Green chilli 

Onion(till transparent) add salt

Cabage add salt 

Add rice let it cook a bit 

Add marinated tofu 

It has fibres proteins carb in one go 

Im a college student so this is kind of my everyday goto meal and sauce can be stored for a week or so too so dont need to prepare it daily!!

And for sides add some crispers any chips or stuff u have u can enjoy with pickle or kimchi too
