DP: Wells Fargo doesn't allow product change from Autograph to Active Cash anymore

I have 2 Autograph cards because of the Bilt change earlier in the year. Just called Wells Fargo to try to product change one of my Autograph cards to Active Cash, tried twice and chatted with 2 different agents, both agents said they couldn't product change Autograph anymore, and if I really wanted the Active Cash card, I'd have to apply for a new one.
