Has anyone stopped smoking while dealing with LC?

Question

Before I got COVID/LC I already tapered off vaping with lowering the nicotine dosage by a bit every few months and now I have finally arrived at the lowest dose (3mg) and honestly by now I’m at a point where smoking genuinely isn’t fun, doesn’t taste good, only makes me cough and scratches my throat. I just wanna stop now after finishing my remaining liquids (like 25 more ml)

I do know that nicotine helps a lot of people and I have looked into patches or gums but I find that the ones I can get for a reasonable price already release more nicotine than I would get from vaping..

I know abt withdrawal and all, I’m just wondering if it’s gonna hit me especially hard since I’m mainly dysautonomia/POTS type or should I rely on patches and keep the nicotine addiction up or do I just tank it and maybe get over it in 2-3 weeks? I’m a bit scared to go through withdrawal in an already weakened body but at the same time I really want to stop
