Anyone still making real friends online these days?

I’ve been wondering if people still actually make genuine friends online like they used to.

A few years back it felt easier to randomly meet people on the internet and just have long conversations that turn into friendships, but I’m not sure if that still happens much today.

Most places now seem more like quick chats or social media scrolling rather than actually getting to know someone properly.

Do you think it’s still possible to build real online friendships these days, or has it mostly changed?
