O Positive supplements not so positive experience

I am two years into menopause. I started the O Positive Menopause Vitamins and vaginal dryness supplements. Its been about 3 months for the dryness and 1 month for the vitamins. Last week I got an actual period and have crazy breast tenderness and hair loss. I also have hunger that surpasses that of my 16 year old football playing son. I have gained weight that I am trying to loose on a glp. I can only assume its the supplements but cannot find much supporting this. Everyone raves about the results. Anyone else experience this? I have of course stopped the supplements.
