DICT EXAMS

I would like to know if may nakaranas na sainyo na magexam sa DICT for the position Adminstrative. What type of exam kaya? Same exam sa programmers? Knowledgeable sa hiring process nila? How long it will take? Thank you agad sa pagsagot. Very eager na kasi ako makapasok sa gov't and for my family.
