Cat scratch

Hello, I got scratched by a stray cat 6 days ago on my finger, but it didn't bleed nor show any redness, just ig a white layer? Anyways I washed and inquired about the cat, and got to know it's vaccinated 5 months prior. I am myself vaccinated as of 6 months ago. Do I really need to take the vaccine or am I worrying?
