Pre-Op Prep AMS 700 LGX / Hydrocelectomy

My husband is getting the AMS 700 LGX in 2 weeks (6/16).

He has had ED for 6+/- years and has always hated his size. I saw some people mention that pumping before their procedure helped their length and others say they didn't do that and gained a little bit of length.

Does anyone have any advice for him?

Side Note: He will also be getting a hydrocelectomy while they're down there. Any experience with that is appreciated, too!
