Running a utility means living with fragmented systems, an aging workforce, severe weather, and constant pressure to do more with the same crews and budgets. The people who deal with that day to day, field techs, dispatchers, asset and maintenance managers, ops and IT leaders, rarely have a straightforward place to compare notes. That is what this community is for.

A quick note on who runs it: this community is moderated by the team at KloudGin. We build software for utility operations, so we have a clear point of view. But we started this community because the real work deserves real conversation: construction, asset, and field service management, outages, GIS, workforce challenges, whatever tools you use and whoever you buy from.
