The way 89 proficiency managers work is they provide an additional +2 to stats that are 56-83 and starting from 84, it gives you a +3, so instead of a stat going to 86, it will go to 87

How 90 managers *likely* will work is the same, but instead of 84, you will gain a +3 starting from 83.

- Why is this important?

This helps make building your players a lot easier, and it is a significant buff to most of your players

- Which players does this benefit the most?

Primarily midfielders, defenders, f2p players, and well rounded players in general.

This makes it a lot easier to get a +3 on low passing, speed and acceleration.

Midfielders often have to spend a lot to get a +3 on low passing, especially if they're not orchestrators. Instead of your ST Tonali spending 7 points on passing, you can spend 6.

Midfielders are generally well rounded with a lot of green stats. ST Tonali needs 9 points in dexterity to get a +3 on acceleration and balance, but with 90, he will only need 8 points.

Defenders often have to spend a lot of points to get to 84 speed/accelaration, sometimes having to go to 9 progression points or higher, 90 proficiency managers will make it significantly easier

Well rounded strikers like Diouf, ST Lewa, Dirk Kuyt can now more easily gain +3 on stats like kicking power, dribbling, aerial stats, and finishing, without spending a ridiculous amount of progression points

Hole players like ST Olmo more easily get a +3 on Offensive Awareness, low passing, finishing, kicking power, and stamina

- Should you worry about this widening the power gap?

Not at all. Most people you will play against won't know about this, won't build their players around this, and might be OVR merchants with auto allocate on everything.

It is helpful for a lot of P2W cards. For example, BT Hazard can now get a +3 Physical Contact with only 8 points instead of 9, but 90 managers mostly helps F2p.
