*Greetings to the micronational community.*

*We are pleased to introduce the* ***Kingdom of Monteverna,*** *a newly founded constitutional monarchy officially established on 3 June 2026. Monteverna was created with the objective of building a serious, structured, and long-term micronational project based on constitutional governance, cultural development, diplomacy, and community-building.*

*The Kingdom is led by* ***His Majesty King Mario,*** *Founder and Sovereign of Monteverna. While the constitutional framework is being finalized, the nation is currently administered by a Constituent Assembly, which is responsible for drafting the Constitution and establishing the permanent institutions of the State. Once completed, Monteverna will operate as a constitutional monarchy with a Crown, Government, Royal Congress, independent judiciary, and local territorial administration.*

*The official language is English, while Italian and Latin are also recognized as important national languages. The national currency is the Lira, and the Kingdom is developing its own institutions, legal framework, symbols, and national identity.*

*Monteverna was founded with the intention of creating a micronation that values stability, legitimacy, cultural heritage, civic responsibility, and international cooperation. Our project places strong emphasis on institution-building rather than short-term experimentation, and we are committed to developing a coherent constitutional and governmental system.*

*As a new member of the micronational community, Monteverna seeks friendly relations with other micronations, organizations, and individuals interested in diplomacy, governance, culture, history, and international cooperation. We are open to dialogue, cultural exchanges, treaties of friendship, and collaborative initiatives with fellow micronational projects around the world.*

*We look forward to engaging with the community, learning from other micronations, and contributing positively to the growth and development of the micronational world.*

The Kingdom of Monteverna is born!
