About the Koyambedu Pub Hit and Run Murder discussion

As we know last week two girls have died because of a quarrel happened in a pub last week hit by car the persons were in a car have arrested lot of discussions happening I think we have to question the authorities who have allowed minor peoples to the Bar where as last week the TVK government has lied about they are changing the drinking age by 21 which is already the current rule in Tamil Nadu
Questions !!!!!

Why they allowed the minors in the bar ???
Why they are still blaming the accused who hit the car by having DMK in the car because now it is a typical government. If they really a party members of DMK can arrest them because the rule is in NTVK so there is no particular reason to blame DMK car hit the victim.????
